Konfiskat is a popular clothing store established in 2010, specializing in the sale of fashionable clothing at affordable prices on the Ukrainian market.

Challenges in Business Management

In the course of its operations, the company faced the need to optimize work in the areas of inventory management, product clipping, order picking, and shipment. Additionally, there was a need to track all financial transactions, including controlling expenses for purchases, salaries, and more. ​​

Implementation of the WMS System

To address these needs, a WMS (Warehouse Management System) was implemented. The system was integrated with data collection terminals (DCT) and introduced to control expenses.

The integration of the WMS system allowed the automation of all key processes in the warehouse, significantly increasing the efficiency of Konfiskat's operations.
