Need for Optimization and Automation



Before implementing the WMS (Warehouse Management System), Promimpex managed their inventory using Excel, which highlighted the need for improved project management, automation of document creation and completion, and optimization of work time.


Implementation of the WMS System



The introduction of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) automated the placement of goods in the warehouse, the picking and shipping processes, and enabled data exchange with 1C, along with integration with data collection terminals (DCT) and robotic forklifts.
